Hotels and B&Bs Below we've collected some information on hotels, inns, and B&Bs on the North Fork that we hope will be helpful as you're planning your trip. The wedding will take place in Cutchogue and the reception will be in Peconic. Wedding guests can stay in Greenport, which is located about seven miles east of the church, or Riverhead, which is roughly 12 miles west of the wedding and reception (there's a map at the bottom of this page that should give you a good sense of where everything is). The inns and B&Bs in and around Greenport require 2-night stays during the summer. Most hotels in Riverhead do not. Please note that the Greenport hotels and B&Bs fill up fairly quickly. Many of the innkeepers have told us that they'll be full by mid-January. We've attempted to reserve space, but our reservations at many of the B&Bs expire in mid-January. If you plan to make the trip out to the East End for the wedding, it would be wise to make your reservation soon.
HarborFront Inn There are currently thirty rooms reserved at the HarborFront Inn. If you make a reservation, please use the following code (LP33M4). Greenport is roughly 10 miles east of the wedding and reception. Transportation will be provided from the Harbor Front Inn to the wedding and back for those who don't wish to drive. Riverhead Best Western The Riverhead Best Western is located near Ocean beaches and many east end attractions including Long Island Wine Country, Splish Splash Water Park, Tanger Outlet Malls , and Atlantis Marine World. If you book a room at the Best Western, please mention the Malone/Kearney wedding to receive a rate of $189. This rate will become available on December 15.
Bed & Breakfast’s abound between Raphael Vineyards, where the reception will be held, and Greenport. However, the B&Bs are limited by law a maximum of 5 rooms. Below is a list of seven B&Bs with a total of 25 rooms. All the B&Bs listed below include a full breakfast. We have visited some of them, spoken extensively with all the Innkeepers over the telephone and visited each of their websites. All of them have been recommended to us by individuals whose judgment we trust.
Harvest Inn Bed & Breakfast The Harvest Inn, which is located 1/4 mile from the vineyard where the reception will be take place, will hold all five of their rooms for the Malone/Kearney wedding until January 15, 2007. Rooms at the Harvest Inn range from $240/night to $275 night and a two-night stay is required.

Ellis House Bed and Breakfast The Ellis House, located two miles from the Raphael Vineyards, the site of our reception, will hold all four of their rooms for the Malone/Kearney wedding until January 15, 2007. The Ellis House has four rooms with private bathrooms, a large guest living room and a separate dinning room for breakfast. Rooms range from $175 to $225 a night. There's a two night minimum in June. Some rooms can accommodate a third person, though there is an additional $25 charge.

The Vintage Bed & Breakfast The Vintage Bed & Breakfast has three rooms with private bathrooms, a common guest living room and a separate dinning room for breakfast, and a large front porch. Rooms range from $220 to $275 a night with a two night minimum in June. The Vintage is connected to the Blue Iris (see above) by footpath.
